IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW PATIENTS
All new medical aesthetic patients MUST book a consult and assessment prior to any treatments. Any treatment bookings made by new patients that haven't attended a consultation will be automatically cancelled.
Consultations
Every journey with Natalie begins with a thorough consultation. Whether you are considering treatment for the face, neck, body, hands, or simply wish to understand your skin better, this step is essential.
Your consultation includes:
Skin Analysis with OBSERVE 520x
Providing an in-depth assessment and personalised skin health report.
Comprehensive Medical & Aesthetic Consultation
A 45mins session exploring your individual concerns, clinical indications, and overall medical, physical, and psychological health.
Tailored Treatment Planning
No treatment is ever carried out without prior consultation, assessment, and an agreed plan.
Starter Skincare Programme
You'll receive three full-size medical-grade skincare products to begin your journey: a cleanser, moisturiser and SPF. All carefully selected to cleanse, hydrate and protect your skin.
After your Consultation
Following your consultation, you will receive your personalised treatment plan and skin analysis report by email. You’ll also be guided on which treatments are available to book directly via the online booking system.
Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is £150, payable at the time of booking. This includes your 45-minute medical and aesthetic consultation, full skin analysis with the OBSERVE 520x, and your three introductory skincare products.
Consultations are bookable exclusively via the online booking system and are not redeemable against treatment.
Any treatments booked thereafter, whether skin or injectable, require a £100 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost when you attend.
If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice or do not attend, your deposit (for either consultation or treatment) will be forfeited. Please note, skincare products are ordered prior to your appointment and cannot be returned.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing IVF treatment, you will not be suitable for aesthetic treatments at Vittarra Clinic, other than prescription-based medical grade skincare. You are still welcome to attend a consultation for assessment and skincare advice. Natalie generally recommends waiting until at least three months after delivery before considering treatment, due to the natural hormone fluctuations that can affect skin, healing, and ageing processes.
PAYMENT PLANS
We understand that investing in your care is a commitment, which is why we offer a 0% finance option through PLIM for treatments with Natalie.

Medical knowledge and expertise is sublime. I have been fortunate enough to have known Natalie and Holly for more years than I care to remember (clearly, they were children then!!!!) I trust Natalie to make professional decisions based on what is pragmatic and natural for me. Regardless of any treatment you will walk out confidently knowing you have been treated like you were the only person that day to have been seen. Trust, professionalism and transparency is apparent so much so that I suggest you do not put off a consultation. Thank you so very much for everything 🥰

Frequently Asked Questions
Booking & Appointment
Are there any things I should avoid before or after these treatments?
Yes. Because skin preparation and aftercare are vital to safe and effective results, we require an initial face-to-face consultation before starting any treatment course. This helps us personalise your plan and advise you on what to avoid or do before and after treatment. For this reason, we rarely complete consultation and treatment on the same day.
Can I bring people or pets?
No. Please read the information carefully, we do not allow friends, children or pets to attend. This is an individual consultation for you only. This also applies to the days of treatment. We are there to manage and treat you only, as are our staff to give you the attention and care required.
Children are not allowed in the clinic. We do not provide childcare services whilst you have your appointments either due to insurance and legal purposes. If you attend with children we will have to ask you to leave and your deposit will be retained again.
How do I book a skin consultation and assessment?
You can book a consultation directly through our website: click here to book now. This initial appointment allows us to assess your skin and recommend a personalised treatment plan.
On the day of consultation, what happens?
If the door is locked please press the call bell and someone will let you in.
If it’s open please come in and take a seat. Someone will be with your shortly.
Please attend makeup and product free, this includes SPF as we need to scan your skin in the skin analysis machine. Natalie will then have a face to face consultation and assessment with you. A individual treatment plan is then built and emailed to you to review with your new patient gift bag and information. You can then review this in your own time and book online your treatments should you wish to go ahead within 28 days.
The consultation is one hour long. After this any queries or concerns please email admin@vittarraclinic.uk
Every appointment made takes £100 deposit, this is redeemable against your treatments price on the treatment day. Consultation fee of £100 is not redeemable as you receive RRP £230 worth of medical grade skincare products. A full sized cleanser, moisturiser and SPF. Follow ups and reviews are not payable unless discussed.
What do I need to do before my appointment?
You will receive emails and medical forms to complete, as per the terms and conditions.
These must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure we can review these prior to your consultation and treatment appointments. Please complete all information fully. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately you will not be seen as we cannot make the day or other patients run late. You would need to reschedule and pay £100 again.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email with important information and a reschedule/cancel button, should you wish to do so.
You can reschedule/cancel your appointment up to 72 hours in advance of your appointment date. However, if you do not and you do not attend, we will retain your £100 deposit. Unfortunately this is non negotiable as per the terms and conditions.
Treatments & Services
Can I use active medical grade skincare if I’m under a dermatologist or taking medications like Roaccutane?
Generally, no, until you have completed your treatment and waited at least 6 months. This is because some medications thin the skin, increasing sensitivity to active skincare ingredients. Always consult your dermatologist before starting.
Do you use needles or cannulas?
Both techniques are used depending on the desired result, treatment area, and surface size. The choice is made to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.
Does the filler contain numbing agent?
Many fillers include lidocaine to reduce discomfort, but alternatives are available if you have a lidocaine allergy. In such cases, we avoid numbing cream and may use other pain management options such as nerve blocks, ice, or oral pain relief like paracetamol, if suitable.
How many injections will I need?
The number of injections varies by individual and is discussed during your consultation to tailor your treatment plan.
If I have active acne or inflammation, can you prescribe antibiotics or steroid creams?
Yes. As an Independent Nurse Prescriber, I can prescribe these if needed. However, many of these treatments are available through the NHS, so it’s often best to consult your GP first.
What do you recommend as a minimum skincare routine?
Subject to your skin’s suitability, a basic routine would include a gentle cleanser, vitamin C serum, and retinol. These help cleanse, protect, and support skin renewal effectively.
Results & Aftercare Advice
Are there side effects with medical grade skincare?
Yes, although not everyone experiences them. Possible side effects include sensations like tightness, dryness, peeling, or mild inflammation. These are usually temporary and manageable. Side effects are more likely if products are used incorrectly or not as directed. Medical-grade skincare contains active ingredients that work by changing your skin cells, so some reaction is normal as your skin adapts.
Can filler be disolved?
Yes. If there are concerns about vascular occlusion or if you are unhappy with your results, we can dissolve the filler safely. This service is included in your original treatment fee if needed.
Do I get a review and aftercare?
Yes, a follow-up review is included in the treatment price and typically takes place between 2 to 4 weeks after your initial session, as agreed during your consultation.
How long does the filler last?
The longevity of filler varies based on the treated area, the specific product used, your medical history, and lifestyle factors. Typically, results last between 4 and 24 months. We assess this holistically during your consultation.
Is aftercare and a review appointment included?
Yes, all treatments at Haswell Aesthetics include aftercare guidance and follow-up reviews to support your safety and satisfaction.
