We understand that clear communication is essential to your care. We have a Hearing Loop installed and you’re welcome to have a professional translator present, unfortunately we do not provide this service in-house.

If you require a translator for your appointment:

Please inform us when you request your consultation
Translators must be impartial professionals approved by the UK government
Family members or friends can’t act as translators for medico-legal reasons

Translation services are arranged and paid for by the patient
The translator must be present in person for all communications and appointments

Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions about arranging translation services.

Natalie is superb and I can’t recommend her enough! I have been going to Natalie since April 2018, initially just for lip filler, however for Botox now as well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face! Last year I had to have my lip filler dissolved due to migration and therefore wanting a fresh start, and Natalie was so helpful. We talked it through, she understood my reasoning and why I wanted to dissolve and refill and, as always, was so professional, understanding, and put me at ease the whole time. I had my top lip dissolved only, as my bottom was completely fine, and then let the dissolver did its thing, allowing me to then be refilled a few weeks later. I’ve just had my second top up roughly six months on and I’m so happy with the shape, fill, and overall look. It’s exactly what I wanted. Not to mention, I love going into the clinic and seeing both Nat and Holly, as I always get such a warm welcome and a lovely catch-up before my appointment - they make my day and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
