If you have specific accessibility needs or require additional support, please let us know when booking your consultation or appointment.
Language Support & Translation Services
We understand that clear communication is essential to your care. We have a Hearing Loop installed and you’re welcome to have a professional translator present, unfortunately we do not provide this service in-house.
If you require a translator for your appointment:
- Please inform us when you request your consultation
- Translators must be impartial professionals approved by the UK government
- Family members or friends can’t act as translators for medico-legal reasons
- Translation services are arranged and paid for by the patient
- The translator must be present in person for all communications and appointments
