Terms and Conditions

  1. If you are new to Vittarra Medical please book in for a medical aesthetic consultation and assessment prior to booking any treatments online.
  2. We require a £150 booking fee for your medical consultation and assessment. As part of your consultation you will receive three full sized products of medical grade skincare worth £230. A cleanser, moisturiser and SPF.
  3. If you are suitable post assessment then you can proceed to book agreed treatments online.
  4. For Treatment Appointments, we require a £100 deposit to secure your appointment. This is payable here online when booking your appointment. Once this is paid you will receive a text and/or email confirmation of your appointment. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment you can do this on the button at the bottom of the email.
  5. Failure to attend your consultant or failure to give 72 hours notice of non attendance means you will lose the £150 booking fee, and it will not be transferable to another appointment or refunded.
  6. Failure to attend your treatment appointment or failure to give 72 hours notice of non attendance means you will lose the £100 deposit, and it will not be transferable to another appointment or refunded. This is due to the fact that the time has already been allocated and may not be able to be filled by another person waiting for our time and expertise. Also if it’s for treatment, the products will have already been paid for and ordered in for you. However, if you cancel online 72 hours before your appointment your £100 will be refunded or you can amend your appointment to another more suitable time.
  7. If you attend your appointment but are not medically well enough to be treated or have open wounds such as cold sores you will not be treated and again will lose your deposit.
  8. If you are more than 15 minutes late without informing us your deposit will be retained and you will not be able to be seen. We cannot rush the time allocated to you and I’m afraid we won’t rush treatments for yourself or the patients following you that day. We cannot allow this to have a knock on affect for our other patients.
  9. Following booking you will receive medical forms to complete between a few days and a week prior to your appointment. They may go in your trash/junk or spam box and are called Aesthetics Nurse Software.
  10. Please complete all of these forms 24 hours prior to your appointment and at every appointment with Vittarra Medical for your own health and safety. This is not negotiable and must happen before you attend please.
  11. Following treatment if you decide to go ahead every patient is entitled to a review, if required.
  12. For facial toxin injections a review must be completed between weeks 2-4 post treatment as discussed at consultation and assessment, and for filler reviews between weeks 3-6 weeks.
  13. Prior to and post any treatments at Vittarra Medical we request for 24 hours that you do not drink any alcohol, engage in heavy exercise or take any anti inflammatory medication such as: Aspirin, ibuprofen or nurofen, UNLESS this has been prescribed to you for a medical reason and previously agreed with Natalie or one of her team in consultation.
  14. There is often additional aftercare advice, dependant on your treatment, which is discussed at your consultation and supplied in written form pre and post treatment. Should you require any further information or have any queries please contact us via the website/email admin@vittarraclinic.uk

As a patient of Vittarra Clinic you have been provided with your practitioner’s mobile number to contact them for emergency purposes. Emergency treatment is always free of charge, regardless of the amount of dissolvent or medication required. 

Natalie is legally bound by her NMC duty of care to act in an emergency. She will provide treatment where clinically appropriate. This will be chargeable as she is taking over legal responsibility for your care.

Cases from other practitioners can be considered following consultation. Suitability depends on the type and amount of filler used. ​
