CONSULTATIONS & ASSESSMENTS

We believe in whole-person care that sees the full picture, not just isolated symptoms.

Whether you're looking for clarity, reassurance or simply a deeper understanding of your health, our diagnostic and preventative services are designed to give you just that.

Understand your body, track changes over time and make informed decisions before problems arise.

What we help with

Menopause & Hormone Health

Whether you're approaching menopause, going through it or navigating life after it, we're here to support you with personalised, evidence-based care. That includes earlier onset, surgical menopause and complex health histories.

Intimate Health & Comfort

Some symptoms feel too awkward to talk about, but they matter and are more common than you think. If you're experiencing dryness, discomfort during intimacy or changes in your bladder or vaginal health, you're not alone.

Pelvic Health & Physiotherapy

Support for your body's foundation: before and after birth, during menopause or when things just don't feel quite right.

Frequently Asked Questions

Booking & Pre-Appointment

When and how is payment taken?

For Dr Stewart, payment is taken at booking. Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 business hours in advance (with a £25 charge for face-to-face clinics). No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 business hours.

Will I need a blood test?

  • For women under 40, blood tests are often used in diagnosis.
  • For women over 40, they may be used to monitor absorption or for screening.
Your GP can support with bloods, and Dr Stewart accepts GP results. If tests are needed, your doctor will confirm this in your consultation letter.

How quickly are Menopause Care prescription requests processed?

  • Requests are actioned as soon as received, usually within 24 hours.
  • The prescription must then be sent to the pharmacy and dispensed.
  • Most patients receive their medicine within 1–4 working days.
  • Urgent requests should be clearly marked so we can prioritise them.

Do you have Estradot patches in stock?

The Menopause Care pharmacy generally carries a range of strengths, but availability varies month to month. New patients must book an appointment to access prescriptions. Existing patients should book a follow-up or submit a prescription request.

How long is a prescription valid for?

Most Menopause Care prescriptions are issued for 3 months. Prescriptions within consultations are free of admin charges. Prescriptions outside consultations carry a £37 admin fee.

How do private prescriptions work?

  • Prescriptions are sent to Menopause Care’s pharmacy or an external registered provider.
  • External pharmacies will contact you for payment and delivery details.
  • Delivery is usually within 2–3 business days.

What happens after my Menopause Care consultation?

A full summary letter will be written and sent to your GP (unless you request otherwise). This may take a few days due to typing and doctor review. If your GP accepts emails, they receive the letter at the same time as you.

IN AN EMERGENCY

Your safety always comes first. In the rare event of a complication, Natalie provides emergency care as follows:

If you were treated by Natalie or Jade

As a patient of Vittarra Clinic you have been provided with your practitioner’s mobile number to contact them for emergency purposes. Emergency treatment is always free of charge, regardless of the amount of dissolvent or medication required.

Natalie is legally bound by her NMC duty of care to act in an emergency. She will provide treatment where clinically appropriate. This will be chargeable as she is taking over legal responsibility for your care.

For Menopause Care patients seen by Dr Stewart, please see menopausecare.co.uk or phone 0208 164 9090.

Cases from other practitioners can be considered following consultation. Suitability depends on the type and amount of filler used.
