An experienced and highly qualified nurse, Natalie brings over 20 years of clinical expertise and 10 years as a nurse prescriber to her role as Clinical Director at Vittarra Clinic.

Trained to Master's level in Aesthetic Medicine with the Harley Academy, where she is also a clinical trainer, Natalie combines expert medical knowledge with a patient-centred approach.

Her commitment to patient safety, medical aesthetics and holistic care guides every treatment she delivers.

Professional Background

Natalie has been a Registered General Nurse (RGN) since 2005 and remains registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), the UK’s statutory regulator ensuring every patient encounter is accountable and responsible by law. 

Her clinical experience spans multiple specialisms, including Trauma & Orthopaedics, General Surgery, and ENT within acute hospital settings. She has also worked extensively in community nursing, managing large teams and serving as a Community and Practice Matron across Essex. 

Education & Qualifications

Natalie pursued further academic excellence, earning degree-level qualifications in Nursing Mentorship and Teaching, Consultation & Diagnostic Skills, and an Independent Prescribing Qualification (NMP/INP). 

Since 2017, she has specialised in aesthetic nursing, becoming a qualified Independent Prescribing Nurse Specialist. 

Natalie completed her advanced training in Aesthetic Medicine, including cosmetic injectables and skin treatments, to Master’s level (Level 7) with the Harley Academy, the UK’s leading medical aesthetics training institution. 

Professional Responsibility

As a practicing medical professional, Natalie completes annual appraisals, ongoing clinical training, inspections and a nursing revalidation every three years to maintain the highest competence and safety in aesthetic practice. 

Her commitment to her patients extends beyond the clinic, providing medical support 24/7, grounded in the Nursing & Midwifery Council’s code of conduct and her deep professional duty of care.

Harley Academy

With over 20 years’ experience educating medical professionals, Natalie serves as a Clinical Aesthetic Mentor and Trainer at the Harley Academy since 2018. She has further teaching qualifications verified by IQ and contributes to raising standards across the industry.

UK Allergan Medical Institute

In 2021, Natalie joined the UK Allergan Medical Institute faculty as a UK trainer for Allergan, a global pharmaceutical leader known for the popular Juvederm toxin and fillers. 

Industry Leadership & Recognition

Natalie is an active member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN) and the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC). 

In 2024, she became the first UK nurse to be trained by world-renowned plastic surgeon and aesthetic expert Mauricio De Maio, through Allergan (AbbVie).

Commitment to Safety & Standards

Natalie is fully insured to provide aesthetic treatments throughout the UK with Hamilton Fraser, holding legal responsibility and accountability as a registered nurse. She is training to manage rare but possible medical and aesthetic complications, including emergency interventions such as adrenaline, hyaluronidase, antibiotics and steroids. 

She is a registered member of the Joint Council of Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP), a non-profit organisation working alongside the Department of Health and NHS England to promote safe, regulated aesthetic practice by qualified medical professionals. 

Vittarra Clinic (previously Haswell Aesthetics Medical Limited) has been CQC registered since 2022 demonstrating a firm commitment to the highest clinical standards and patient care environment.

As a patient of Vittarra Clinic you have been provided with your practitioner’s mobile number to contact them for emergency purposes. Emergency treatment is always free of charge, regardless of the amount of dissolvent or medication required. 

Natalie is legally bound by her NMC duty of care to act in an emergency. She will provide treatment where clinically appropriate. This will be chargeable as she is taking over legal responsibility for your care.

Cases from other practitioners can be considered following consultation. Suitability depends on the type and amount of filler used. ​
