All new medical aesthetic patients MUST book a consult and assessment prior to any treatments. Any treatment bookings made by new patients that haven't attended a consultation will be automatically cancelled.

Emergency treatment is always free of charge, regardless of the amount of dissolvent or medication required.
If you were treated elsewhere
Natalie is legally bound by her NMC duty of care to act in an emergency. She will provide treatment where clinically appropriate. This will be chargeable as she is taking over legal responsibility for your care.
If it is not an emergency
Cases from other practitioners can be considered following consultation. Suitability depends on the type and amount of filler used.
